Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item(s), including any relevant packaging where applicable, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be:

• Credited back to the original payment card, or
• Issued in cash (where applicable)

Please note that while we process refunds promptly, it may take up to 14 days for your bank to reflect the funds in your account.
